Marc Zyngier e7619f2a2f KVM: arm64: vgic: Kill VGIC_MAX_PRIVATE definition 
VGIC_MAX_PRIVATE is a pretty useless definition, and is better
replaced with VGIC_NR_PRIVATE_IRQS.
