Bjorn Helgaas 83ae20c849 [PATCH] ide: move CONFIG_IDE_MAX_HWIFS into linux/ide.h 
CONFIG_IDE_MAX_HWIFS is a generic thing, no need to have it duplicated
by every arch that uses it.
