Used a helper variable "struct dvb_ca_slot *sl" instead of "ca->slot_info[slot]". This reduces the line length and simplifies code reading. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
