Commit7d5cb68af6(perf/benchmark: add a new benchmark for seccom_unotify) added a reference to __NR_seccomp into perf. This is fine as it added also a definition of __NR_seccomp for 64-bit. But it failed to do so for 32-bit as instead of ifndef, ifdef was used. Fix this typo (so fix the build of perf on 32-bit). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
