Akinobu Mita b9a2838cc2 [PATCH] bitops: ntfs: remove generic_ffs() ...

Now the only user who are using generic_ffs() is ntfs filesystem.  This patch
isolates generic_ffs() as ntfs_ffs() for ntfs.
