Add a missing consistency check on the TPR Threshold. Per the SDM If the "use TPR shadow" VM-execution control is 1 and the "virtual- interrupt delivery" VM-execution control is 0, bits 31:4 of the TPR threshold VM-execution control field must be 0. Note, nested_vmx_check_tpr_shadow_controls() bails early if "use TPR shadow" is 0. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
