Renesas DTS updates for v6.9 (take two)

  - Add I2C EEPROM, Ethernet, eMMC, and QSPI FLASH support for the Gray
    Hawk Single development board,
  - Fix PCIe power on ULCB development boards equipped with the
    Shimafuji Kingfisher extension,

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
