Bartosz Golaszewski 64f89f6e1f gpio: generic: rename BGPIOF_ flags to GPIO_GENERIC_ ...

Make the flags passed to gpio_generic_chip_init() use the same prefix as
the rest of the modernized generic GPIO chip API.
