ARM: dts: renesas: r7s72100: Move interrupt-parent to root node

Browse Source 
Move the "interrupt-parent = <&gic>" property from the soc node to the
root node, and simplify "interrupts-extended = <&gic ...>" to
"interrupts = <...>".
