Claudiu Manoil d55398ba81 gianfar: Replace eieio with wmb for non-PPC archs 
Replace PPC specific eieio() with arch independent wmb()
for other architectures, i.e. ARM.
The eieio() macro is not defined on ARM and generates
build error.
