Yongqiang Sun dfd9917946 drm/amd/display: Not doing bios data pack. 
[Why]
dmub FW running abnormal after resume from S0i3 due
to data aliagnment issue.

[How]
Before having a solution for this issue, temparory
not doing data pack.
