Alex Deucher b309ed9867 drm/radeon: gcc fixes for ci dpm ...

Newer versions of gcc seem to wander off into the
weeds when dealing with variable sizes arrays in
structs.  Rather than indexing the arrays, use
pointer arithmetic.
