Marek Vasut 75d42e0351 dt-bindings: gpu: img,powervr-rogue: Drop duplicate newline 
Fix the following DT schema check warning:

./Documentation/devicetree/bindings/gpu/img,powervr-rogue.yaml:103:1: [warning] too many blank lines (2 > 1) (empty-lines)

One newline is enough. No functional change.
