Kaustabh Chakraborty 543f5e3142 phy: exynos-mipi-video: introduce support for exynos7870 ...

Add support for Exynos7870 in the existing MIPI CSIS/DSIM driver. The
SoC has one DSIM phy and three CSIS phys.
