6a631c0432 Documentation/locking/locktypes: Update migrate_disable() bits.
The initial implementation of migrate_disable() for mainline was a
wrapper around preempt_disable(). RT kernels substituted this with
a real migrate disable implementation.

Later on mainline gained true migrate disable support, but the
documentation was not updated.

Update the documentation, remove the claims about migrate_disable()
mapping to preempt_disable() on non-PREEMPT_RT kernels.

5c81691bb6 docs: admin-guide/blockdev: Remove digraph of node-states
While node-states-8.dot has two digraphs, the dot(1) command can
not properly handle multiple graphs in a DOT file and the
kernel-doc page at

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/blockdev/drbd/figures.html

fails to render the graphs.

It turned out that the digraph of node_states can be removed.

Quote from Joel's reflection:

On reflection, the digraph node_states can be removed entirely.
It is too basic to contain any useful information. In addition
it references "ioctl_set_state". The ioctl configuration
interface for DRBD has long been removed. In fact, it was never
in the upstream version of DRBD.

Remove node_states and rename the DOT file peer_states-8.dot.

d69dab7de2 docs: conf.py: fix support for Readthedocs v 1.0.0
As described at:
	https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23211695/modifying-content-width-of-the-sphinx-theme-read-the-docs

since Sphinx 1.8, the standard way to setup a custom theme is
to use html_css_files. While using html_context is OK with RTD
0.5.2, it doesn't work with 1.0.0, causing the theme to not load,
producing a very weird html.

Tested with:
	- Sphinx 1.7.9 + sphinx-rtd-theme 0.5.2
	- Sphinx 2.4.4 + sphinx-rtd-theme 0.5.2
	- Sphinx 2.4.4 + sphinx-rtd-theme 1.0.0

f3aee7c900 dt-bindings: net: Add schema for Qualcomm BAM-DMUX
The BAM Data Multiplexer provides access to the network data channels of
modems integrated into many older Qualcomm SoCs, e.g. Qualcomm MSM8916 or
MSM8974. It is built using a simple protocol layer on top of a DMA engine
(Qualcomm BAM) and bidirectional interrupts to coordinate power control.

The device tree node combines the incoming interrupt with the outgoing
interrupts (smem-states) as well as the two DMA channels, which allows
the BAM-DMUX driver to request all necessary resources.

5931d9a3d0 bpf, docs: Fix ordering of bpf documentation
This commit fixes the display of the BPF documentation in the sidebar
when rendered as HTML.

Before this patch, the sidebar would render as follows for some
sections:

| BPF Documentation
  |- BPF Type Format (BTF)
    |- BPF Type Format (BTF)

This was due to creating a heading in index.rst followed by
a sphinx toctree, where the file referenced carries the same
title as the section heading.

To fix this I applied a pattern that has been established in other
subfolders of Documentation:

1. Re-wrote index.rst to have a single toctree
2. Split the sections out in to their own files

Additionally maps.rst and programs.rst make use of a glob pattern to
include map_* or prog_* rst files in their toctree, meaning future map
or program type documentation will be automatically included.
