When the PPM receives command from the OPM (p.1) it sets the busy bit
in the CCI (p.2), sends notification to the OPM (p.3) and forwards the
command to be executed by the LPM (p.4). When the PPM receives command
completion from the LPM (p.5) it sets command completion bit in the CCI
(p.6) and sends notification to the OPM (p.7). If command execution by
the LPM is fast enough then when the OPM starts handling the notification
from p.3 in p.8 and reads the CCI value it will see command completion bit
set and will call complete(). Then complete() might be called again when
the OPM handles notification from p.7.
This fix replaces test_bit() with test_and_clear_bit()
in ucsi_notify_common() in order to call complete() only
once per request.
This fix also reinitializes completion variable in
ucsi_sync_control_common() before a command is sent.

The refcounts of the OF nodes obtained by of_get_child_by_name() calls
in anx7411_typec_switch_probe() are not decremented. Replace them with
device_get_named_child_node() calls and store the return values to the
newly created fwnode_handle fields in anx7411_data, and call
fwnode_handle_put() on them in the error path and in the unregister
functions.

Add support for parsing DT time property "sink-bc12-completion-time-ms".
This timer is used to relax the PD state machine during Sink attach to
allow completion of Battery Charging (BC1.2) charger type detection in
TCPC before PD negotiations. BC1.2 detection is a hardware mechanism to
detect charger port type that is run by some controllers (such as
"maxim,max33359") in parallel to Type-C connection state machines.
This is to ensure that BC1.2 completes before PD is enabled as running
BC1.2 in parallel with PD negotiation results in delays violating timer
constraints in PD spec.
This is an optional timer and will not add any delay unless explicitly
set.

That allows the fields in those command data structures to
be easily validated. If an unsupported field is accessed, a
warning is generated.
This will not force UCSI version checks to be made in every
place where these data structures are accessed, but it will
make it easier to pinpoint issues that are caused by the
unconditional accesses to those fields, and perhaps more
importantly, allow those issues to be noticed immediately.

The "*cmd" variable can be controlled by the user via debugfs. That means
"new_cam" can be as high as 255 while the size of the uc->updated[] array
is UCSI_MAX_ALTMODES (30).

PD3.1 spec ("8.3.3.3.3 PE_SNK_Wait_for_Capabilities State") mandates
that the policy engine perform a hard reset when SinkWaitCapTimer
expires. Instead the code explicitly does a GET_SOURCE_CAP when the
timer expires as part of SNK_WAIT_CAPABILITIES_TIMEOUT. Due to this the
following compliance test failures are reported by the compliance tester
(added excerpts from the PD Test Spec):
* COMMON.PROC.PD.2#1:
The Tester receives a Get_Source_Cap Message from the UUT. This
message is valid except the following conditions: [COMMON.PROC.PD.2#1]
a. The check fails if the UUT sends this message before the Tester
has established an Explicit Contract

UCSI does not share the contents of the Enter_USB Message
that was used, so the active mode still has to be always
determined from the enumerated USB device. However, after
UCSI v2.0 it is possible to check separately is USB4 the
active mode.
So with USB2 and USB3 the mode is always determined from the
result of the USB enumeration, and when USB4 USB Mode is
active, UCSI driver can assign the mode directly.

This attribute file shows the supported USB modes (USB 2.0,
USB 3.0 and USB4) of the partner, and the currently active
mode.
The active mode is determined primarily by checking the
speed of the enumerated USB device. When USB Power Delivery
is supported, the active USB mode should be always the mode
that was used with the Enter_USB Message, regardless of the
result of the USB enumeration. The port drivers can
separately assign the mode with a dedicated API.
If USB Power Delivery Identity is supplied for the partner
device, the supported modes are extracted from it.

ACPI _DSM methods are needed only for UCSI write operations and for reading
CCI during RESET_PPM operation. So, remove _DSM calls from other places.
While there, remove the Zenbook quirk also since the default behavior
now aligns with the Zenbook quirk. With this change, GET_CONNECTOR_STATUS
returns at least 6 seconds faster than before in Arrowlake-S platforms.

After commit 0edb555a65 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.
Convert all platform drivers below drivers/usb to use .remove(), with
the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

If the busy indicator is set, all other fields in CCI should be
clear according to the spec. However, some UCSI implementations do
not follow this rule and report bogus data in CCI along with the
busy indicator. Ignore the contents of CCI if the busy indicator is
set.
If a command timeout is hit it is possible that the EVENT_PENDING
bit is cleared while connector work is still scheduled which can
cause the EVENT_PENDING bit to go out of sync with scheduled connector
work. Check and set the EVENT_PENDING bit on entry to
ucsi_handle_connector_change() to fix this.
Finally, check UCSI_CCI_BUSY before the return code of ->sync_control.
This ensures that the command is cancelled even if ->sync_control
returns an error (most likely -ETIMEDOUT).

TCPCI USB PHY - PTN5110 could be used with SOCs that only support
the edge-triggered GPIO interrupts such as TI's K3 device AM69.
Move the interrupt configuration to the firmware which would
allow to accommodate edge triggered interrupts for such SOCs.
In order to support the edge interrupts, register irq line in advance
and keep track of occurrence during port registering.
When the edge interrupts are used, it is observed that some of the
interrupts are missed when tcpci_irq() is serving the current
interrupt. Therefore, check the status register at the end of
tcpci_irq() and re-run the function if the status is not clear
i.e. pending interrupt.

The bit_types array just hold a list of valid enum power_supply_usb_type
values which map to 0 - 9. This can easily be represented as a bitmap.
This reduces the size of struct power_supply_desc and further reduces
the data section size by drivers no longer needing to store the array.
This also unifies how usb_types are handled with charge_behaviours,
which allows power_supply_show_usb_type() to be removed.

The Partner PD Revision field in GET_CONNECTOR_CAPABILITY
data structure was introduced in UCSI v2.1. In
ucsi_check_connector_capability() the version was assumed to
be 2.0, and in ucsi_register_partner() the field is accessed
completely unconditionally.
Fixing the version in ucsi_check_connector_capability(), and
replacing the unconditional pd_revision assignment with a
direct call to ucsi_check_connector_capability() in
ucsi_register_port(). After this the revision is also
checked only if there is a PD contract.
