tracing: Fix multiple typos in trace_osnoise.c

Fix multiple typos in comments:
"Anotate" -> "Annotate"
"infor" -> "info"
"timestemp" -> "timestamp"
"tread" -> "thread"
"varaibles" -> "variables"
"wast" -> "waste"
