smb: client/smbdirect: replace SMBDIRECT_SOCKET_CONNECTING with more detailed states
The process of reaching a functional connection represented by SMBDIRECT_SOCKET_CONNECTED, is more complex than using a single SMBDIRECT_SOCKET_CONNECTING state. This will allow us to remove a lot of special variables and completions in the following commits.
